Refund Policy

Digital Sales Are Generally Final

Digital music, sample packs, stems, ZIP files, and other downloadable products are generally final once access has been delivered. This is because digital files cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.

1. When We Review Refund Requests

  • Duplicate charges for the same account and same release.
  • A purchased file cannot be delivered or replaced after support review.
  • The wrong product was delivered due to a platform error.
  • A charge appears fraudulent or unauthorized and requires investigation.
  • Any refund required by applicable law.

2. What Is Not Usually Refundable

  • Change of mind after previewing or purchasing a release.
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date.
  • Downloaded files that work as delivered.
  • Purchases made on the wrong account unless support can verify the issue.

3. Subscriptions

Subscription cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund a current billing period unless required by law or approved after support review.

4. Merch Orders

Physical merchandise refund or replacement requests are reviewed based on production status, shipping status, defect evidence, fulfillment provider rules, and applicable law.

5. How To Request Support

Contact support with your order email, order ID if available, release title, and a clear description of the issue. Refund decisions may require verification through Stripe or the relevant fulfillment provider.
